And if you are also using photo IDs, it would be tempting to print those IDs right onto the access cards. However, once the access card is printed on, that printing cannot be removed and will render that card non-transferable. Instead, get some badge holders and some blank PVC cards to print the photo ID onto – and put the access card and photo ID into the badge holder.
